It’s that time of year once again, I believe the expression is ”Time fly’s when you’re having fun” and that phrase couldn’t be closer to the truth about this year. We saw a very slow start to 2011, but the last quarter appears to have been as busy as ever, with plenty of enquiry’s coming through, a booming rental market and more importantly sales. Although the market isn’t quote as buoyant as we all hope, it showing a defiant and strong step in the right direction and with a bit of luck, some more hard work and a little help form the banks and building society’s 2012 can be even more successful.

A&B are delighted with their sponsorship of “Ben Alexander,” a talented GoKarting youngster, from the region who has proved to be an inspiration in 2011. Having flown the A&B flag in regional competitions over the last few months Ben has secured his place in next years Super1 Karting meetings where only the top drivers in the country compete for top awards at tracks all over the UK and are televised on Sky’s motorsports channel. Since our last update, 11 year old Ben, who drives the Honda-Project One Kart “74”, raced with the fastest times at Warden Law to come second in an unbelievable race in October, won all 4 heats and the final at the Teeside Autodrome in September and won all 4 heats and the final at the Teeside Autodrome in October. Ben has worked hard to secure his S1 place for next year and we at A&B will be behind him all the way.
